ADMSP was founded in 2005 as a Non-Profit 501 (c) (3) Florida Public Charity with the enthusiastic support of North Beach local residents, by one of the leading experts of sculpture parks, Gerrit Schulz-Bennewitz and art collector Peter Saile, to build a sculpture park that would make a difference in the community.

How can ADMSP with the architects, designers, landscapers and artists make a real difference to people’s quality of life in North Beach? To answer this question we had to take a trip to the past history of development of Altos del Mar in the early 1920’s by the Tatum Brothers. Read more about it…
